"Got a cold call from Lauren when trying to find new insurance and she was amazing. I called her sporadically and asked her to run different scenarios for different pricing outcomes and she happily did it to help me find the right coverage and price that will work for me. She would always answer my call or call me back before the end of day which made this insurance hunt a breeze for me and honestly that’s what drew me to sign with this branch even though it’s in another state because I value fast customer support and Lauren gave me just that. "I called State Farm to get a vehicle quote on 2 of my cars. Kyra was absolutely a blessing to work with. I spent 2 hrs on the phone with her moving my motorhome, boat, jet skis, home and cars to State Farm as well as umbrella insurance and term life! Kyra was patient and kind and stayed with me throughout the whole process. I told her I would tell all my friends about the huge price differences she found for me. I was both mad for paying way too much on my policies but ecstatic I answered the phone when she returned my call. Well worth the money to spend time on the phone. Thank you Kyra- you are awesome!!"
