"We are happy to say switching insurance carriers was much smoother then anticipated. We attribute that primarily to the assistance of Deja Durham, she was above and beyond in her customer service, followed through and made the process very easy. Deja was able to provide us a competitive quote quickly and made the requested adjustments. The process was only held up by us, despite that Deja was patient, always understanding and a friendly voice on the other end of the line. Not only are we saving on our insurance but I have a feeling we're going to be in good hands as long as Deja is our point of contact! Thank you Deja!!"

"Calls and says they can save me money with state farm and already have State Farm then is rude. Don’t call people that are already customers of another State Farm agent. Stay in your region too. Don’t call northern Colorado when you’re 3 hours away."

"My apologies to Rusty Fanning at State Farm on Tejon at Boulder and his crew. This is a corrected copy of my original evaluation. I don't remember hitting the one star on the posting it was definitely a five-star you guys were patient, polite, friendly, you all had a great sense of humor, very informative for me since it's been awhile for me to buy new car insurance and I don't know all the rules and regulations of today. And the price was very good. For the coverage I'm getting. Again I highly recommend Rusty Fanning and his crew at State Farm."

"Update: After 18 months with this agency and significant increases every six months (I went from $345 a month to $536 a month with no tickets, claims, nothing changing except my vehicles getting older), I finally canceled my policies and went to a different insurance company. The laziness of this office in getting the automatic billing stopped caused $536 to be taken from my bank account after the policies had been canceled. I am still waiting for "someone" to put the money back. Kelly, my original agent, is no longer there and I am NOT impressed with the new girl, Kenzee. Not once have I ever been able to talk to Rusty Fanning, the owner of the agency. I am getting close to filing a complaint with the Department of Insurance to try and recoup my lost funds. So, buyer beware! Original post (when I was naive and Kelly was around). Absolutely blown away with this agency! Kelly is personable, fun to talk to (when is the last time you said that about your insurance agent?) and she really knows insurance. She not only got me insured on a hard to insure vehicle, but saved me money on other policies as well. Those one-size-fits-all insurance companies are not always the best option. Kelly and State Farm are like a personal insurance tailor, making sure everything is a custom fit including the price."

"I use State Farm for everything that I insure! When I call I always ask for Nickolas, he has been, and is always super helpful explaining everything very clearly and kindly.
